The Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Program provides scholarship opportunities to International students who wants to study for a Masters and PhD program in any accredited USA University and Academic Institution.

Eligible Countries: Africa, East Asia and Pacific, Europe and Eurasia, Middle East and North Africa, The Americas, and South and Central Asia.
Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship program, applicants must:
- Be citizens of the above mentioned countries
- have completed undergraduate education and hold a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
- have excellent results from previous educational programs.
How To Apply: All applications to the Foreign Student Program are processed by bi-national Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. Therefore, foreign students must apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy in their home countries.
Application Deadline: Varies per country, however on a general note, it is usually around February to May annually of the preceding year you wish to study.
