2017 PhD Scholarships At Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium

The Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) is offering scholarship opportunities to students from developing countries who wants to study for a PhD degree in the Institution.

Successful applicants will receive a UCL PhD grant, paid out in no more than 36 monthly instalments. If necessary, UCL will also cover the cost of one or more return flights between the international airport nearest to their place of residence and Brussels airport.

Eligible Countries: Developing Countries

Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship program, applicants must:

  • be a citizen of a developing country
  • have completed their bachelors and masters degree in any recognized institution.
  • have been accepted to study for a doctorate degree or research diploma at UCL.
  • have outstanding results.

How To Apply: Applications must be submitted by the applicant’s UCL supervisor, using the appropriate form to the:

An electronic version of the complete application, as one single PDF file, must be sent to Ms [email protected]  by the same date.

The CAI will select the successful applicants at the end of June 2017 and the applicants and supervisors will be notified of the results.
