This scholarship program worth $1,500 per semester for undergraduates and $4,000 per semester for postgraduate students.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship program, applicants must:
- be International students.
- have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 (undergraduate), 3.0 (graduate), as converted to the EIU grading scale.
- have Proof of funding for living expenses and fees.
- have applied or applying to EIU.
