Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship program, applicants must:
- Incoming international freshmen applicants and international transfer applicants with fewer than 66 transferrable semester credits
- have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) comparable to a minimum of 3.0 out of 4.0
- have applied or applying to Iowa State University, USA for an undergraduate degree program.
- be an International students
