The district’s Rotary clubs are cordially invited to take part in the DEWEF Scholarship Awards for the inaugural 2024–2025 Rotary Year. Bright but underprivileged youngsters from various neighborhood who are enrolled in state or federal tertiary institutions in Lagos and Ogun State, Nigeria are all invited.
Deadline: December 17, 2024.
Type: Undergraduate
Value: Financial support to help cover the educational expenses of brilliant but financially disadvantaged students.
Eligibility: Be indigent, academically brilliant, and of good morals.
-Be enrolled in either a federal or state tertiary institution in Lagos or Ogun States.
-Be in their second year (200 Level) of undergraduate study (having completed 100 Level).
-HND 1 students must provide ND results.
-NCE students in 200 Level must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale or 3.0 on a 4-point scale.
-Children of Rotarians are not eligible to apply.

How To Apply: Candidates must apply through their local Rotary Club by searching for your nearest Rotary club
-Rotary Clubs will recommend selected candidates to the District DEWEF Scholarship Committee before the application deadline.
-Submit required documents including:
-Recommendation letter from higher institution
-First-year examination results.
-Relevant academic credentials.
