ICSP Scholarships at University of Oregon is open to international students with financial need and strong academic records to earn Bachelor’s degree.
New and continuing international students may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP).
International students showing financial need and outstanding merit are eligible to apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). This scholarship includes a cultural service component, where recipients are expected to present information about their home country to children, community organizations, as well as UO students, faculty, and staff.

Value & Duration of Award: The ICSP scholarship offers a partial tuition waiver and is renewable annually until the completion of a UO degree, contingent on the student meeting the program requirements.
Eligible Countries: International Students
Eligibility: To be considered for the ICSP Scholarships:
- Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the UO for Fall 2024 by January 15, 2024.
- Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
- Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship and meet the minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA requirement.

How To Apply: Interested applicants should follow the steps below to apply:
Current UO Students
- Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard and submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application and the ICSP Scholarship Application.
- All applications and Reference Letters must be submitted by February 16, 2024 by 4 p.m. (PST).
Incoming freshmen and new transfer, new graduate and new post baccalaureate applicants
- YOUR FIRST STEP: You must apply for Admission to the University of Oregon before you can apply for scholarships.
- Watch your email for an invitation to enter the UO Scholarship Dashboard. This happens within a week of submitting your application for admissions.
- Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard and submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application and the ICSP Scholarship Application. You must apply for admission prior to this step.
- All applications and Reference Letters must be submitted by February 16, 2024 by 4 p.m. (PST).
