Apply now for the Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship and join a network of future Nigerian leaders dedicated to global success and community impact. The Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship Program, established in 1998, provides full scholarships to outstanding Nigerian students. Funded by Mr. Jim Ovia, the program aims to empower young Nigerians and foster leadership. Annually, it offers around 100 new scholarships, with continued support for renewing beneficiaries who meet eligibility requirements.

-Successful awardees of the 2024 Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship will receive full support throughout the period of their undergraduate study covering;

Eligibility: The eligibility criteria include:
-Scholarships are awarded on the basis of personal intellectual ability, leadership capability and a desire to contribute to society at large to improve the lives of others.
-Be a citizen of Nigeria
-Be currently or potentially enrolled in an accredited tertiary institution in Nigeria.
-Have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership prowess
-Be passionate about contributing to the society
Required Documents: Applicants are also to submit the following:
-Original Secondary School O’Level Certificate (WAEC, GCE or NECO)
-Recognized Government I.D
-Passport Photograph
-Your Official JAMB Certificate
-Your School’s Admission Letter
-Your official acceptance letter from the University
-Copy of your UTME Result
-Current Academic Calendar of your Institution (Stamped/Signed)
-Signed & Stamped Student Copy of your CGPA Result (Medical students MUST provide a SIGNED & STAMPED copy of their most recent examination result, showing the courses, grades and the grades translated into CGPA)
-Original Copy of your HOD’s Recommendation Letter (This letter MUST state your Current Academic Level, Current Academic Session, Current Academic Semester and Current CGPA…MUST not be older Than 4 Months)
-Your School I.D card
