The Émile Boutmy scholarship fund sponsors the most deserving international students to study at Sciences Po in France. It is a merit-based scholarship created by Sciences Po to attract the best international students from outside the European Union.

Master’s program: 1 December 2024.
Type: Undergraduate and Master’s
Value: Bachelor’s degree: Grants of €6,500, €9,500, or €14,720 per year for three years.
Master’s degree: Grants of €13,100 per year for two years.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be: first time applicants, from a non-European Union state, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union, and who have been admitted to the Undergraduate or master’s programme.
