The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Oxford funds a rigorous one-year Master’s course at Oxford aimed at equipping Scholars with relevant technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills and connecting them to world-leading resources in their respective sectors.

-A completed undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification is required.
-Applicants must apply for a full-time Master’s course at the University of Oxford that is part of the scholarship program.
-Courses should align with the fields of study emphasized by the program, such as health sciences, sustainable energy, public policy, and entrepreneurship.
-The program encourages applications from groups historically under-represented in higher education, including but not limited to female scholars, refugees, and individuals with accessibility needs.
