Value: Monthly stipend:
–Singapore Citizens: SGD 3,500/month (with an SGD 500 increase after passing the PhD qualifying exam).
–Permanent Residents: SGD 3,100/month (with an SGD 500 increase).
–International Students: SGD 2,700/month (with an SGD 500 increase).
–Tuition fees are fully covered for 4 years.
-CPF is given to Singapore Citizens.

-A Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2nd Class Upper Honours or its equivalent.
–GRE (for international students or those that their medium of instruction was not in English):
-Verbal + Quantitative: Minimum score of 320/340.
-Analytical: Minimum score of 3.5/6.
–TOEFL/IELTS scores for applicants that their medium of instruction was not in English:
-TOEFL (internet-based): Minimum score of 85/120.
-IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0/9.
