Applications are open for the Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Masters Scholarships 2025 For International students who want to pursue their master’s degree in the Netherlands. Jstus & Louise Van Effen Excellence Scholarships are financed by the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen. Mr. van Effen studied at TU Delft in the 1940’s and strongly believed technological developments will contribute to solving societal issues.

Value: Successful applicants will receive full tuition fees per year for a TU Delft MSc program based on the statutory fee or institutional rate, according to the registered nationality, AND contribution for the living expenses.

Eligibility: Also, applicants are to meet the following eligibility criteria:
-Must have submitted a complete MSc application before the scholarship deadline.
-Must be an outstanding international applicant who has been conditionally admitted to one of the 2-year regular MSc programs at TU Delft (excluding Joint Education Programs).
-Must have achieved excellent academic results in your previous studies, which are relevant to the master’s program you are applying for, typically ranking in the top 10% of graduates. Proof of ranking is not required; this is just to indicate the level of competitiveness.
