Umeå University invites applications for the 2025 scholarships for international students to study in the University. Umeå University offers scholarships to academically talented and high-achieving students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland. These scholarships are awarded in conjunction with the Autumn semester admission and are offered as tuition waivers, covering either full or partial tuition fees.
Deadline: January 15, 2025: Deadline to apply for the program and make changes to the priority order on University Admissions.

-Early March 2025: Deadline to register interest for the scholarship

Eligibility: the eligibility criteria include:
-Second-year Master’s students at Umeå University continuing their studies are also eligible.
-Must be a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland.
-Must have applied for a full program at Umeå University (Bachelor’s or Master’s) by January 15, 2025.
-Must have completed the program application and paid the application fee by February 3, 2025.
-Must have listed Umeå University as priority 1 on University Admissions by January 15, 2025.
