The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training awards Mastermind scholarships to students from around the world for a master’s programmes in Flanders and Brussels. A Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €10.000 and a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS). Master Mind Scholarship holders only pay an administrative enrolment fee. The grant is paid in instalments and covers accommodation costs, insurances and a significant amount of their living expenses.

Eligibility: High-performing students with a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
Applicants must meet English language proficiency requirements:
IELTS: Minimum 7.0 overall
TOEFL: Minimum 94 total score
CAE: C1 level
Students not currently enrolled in a Flemish institution (except for preparatory programs)
Applicants must hold a previous degree from a university outside Flanders
Cannot be combined with Erasmus Mundus or other Flemish government scholarships
