The African Gifted Foundation Scholarships Programme awards need-based scholarship funding to graduates of the African Science Academy to study an undergraduate degree at universities across the African continent.
The maximum value of an African Gifted Foundation Scholarship is £5,000 to cover the duration of an undergraduate degree at an African university. The purpose of the scholarships is to cover the tuition fees and/or accommodation costs of an African Science Academy graduate’s undergraduate degree programme at an African University.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must have received an offer to study an undergraduate degree at an African Science Academy
- Applicants must have good pre-qualification degree
- Applicants have not received a full studentship from another organization.
- Applicants must provide one of the evidence of having completed a sufficient standard of study in English.
How To Apply:
Step 1: Apply for an undergraduate programme at an African university before the scholarship deadline. Once you have received an approved application and an offer to an African university, you can apply for the AGF Scholarship Programme.
Step 2: Apply for the scholarship via the online application form, which will be available from 12 August 2020. All applications will close on 31 August 2020.
