The Eastman School of Music has established Eastman Need-Informed Merit international awards for the academic year 2023-2024. Winners of the scholarships will receive them from the University of Rochester Eastman School of Music, which will guarantee a partial financial reduction each term for up to 8 semesters of study.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be in good standing.
- Applicants must meet the academic requirements of the undergraduate program they wish to join and have obtained a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Applicants must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
- TOEFL IBT – 64 to 100
- Duolingo – 95 to 139
- IELTS – 6.0 to 7.0
- Cambridge English – 169 to 185
