Eligibility: To be considered for this Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria;

  • be a non-Chinese citizen in good health.
  • apply for admission to the university before the deadline
  • meet the English Language requirements of the university
  • For undergraduate programs, applicants must have a high school diploma.
  • For Master’s programs, a Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Doctoral program applicants must hold a Master’s degree

  • Download and fill out the scholarship application form
  • Attach relevant documents and submit your application.

Required Documents:

  • Application Form 
  • Diploma from College (notarized copy).
  • College transcript.
  • Copy of passport.
  • Updated resume detailing personal and family background, along with academic and professional experiences.
  • English proficiency certificate (if applicable).
  • Two recommendation letters from associate professors or scholars.
  • All documents must be in English or Chinese and should be original or notarized copies.
