The UBAYA International Scholarship is inviting applications from individuals who wish to pursue diploma, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degrees in a thriving academic community.
The UBAYA International Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship opportunity that covers the tuition, and a monthly stipend of IDR 2,000,000 for living and housing allowances.
UBAYA International Scholarship is offered by and undertaken by the University of Surabaya in Indonesia. The scholarship is aimed at bringing international community closer to the cultural heritage of Indonesia.

The UNESA International Student Scholarship (ISS)
The University of Surabaya (UNESA) extends its support to international students through the UNESA International Student Scholarship (ISS).
This scholarship covers tuition fees, dormitory accommodation, and an Indonesian language program.
The UNESA scholarship is currently open to undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and BIPA (Indonesian language preparatory) program students.
Eligible Countries: International Countries
Eligibility:
- Be non-Indonesian citizens with outstanding academic records, strong motivation, and active community service participation.
- Have completed a high school, bachelors, or masters degree depending on your academic level
- Be proficient in English or Indonesian Bahasa
- For students not proficient in Indonesian, UBAYA offers an 11-month Indonesian Language Course at the Ubaya Language Center (ULC).
