2026 Tsinghua University Scholarship in China | Fully Funded

The Tsinghua University Scholarship in China is now accepting applications for graduate programs such as Master’s and Doctoral Programs. The Tsinghua University China Scholarship usually covers Tuition Fees, free accommodation, a stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance.

Eligibility: 

To be considered for the Tsinghua University China Scholarship, you must:

• Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid personal ordinary-type passport.
• Master’s degree program applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree to a Bachelor’s degree (or above) in China. Doctoral degree program applicants should have a Master’s degree or an equivalent degree to a Master’s degree (or above) in China.
• Applicants should be in good health and of good character(meet the physical examination requirements stipulated by the country and the institution)
• The applicant’s should meet the Chinese or English language proficiency requirements announced by relevant schools/departments
• Applicants are required to also meet the specific requirements for some programs.

Value: 

The following scholarships are available for international students:

• Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS): The Full CGS usually covers Tuition Fees, free Accommodation, a stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance.
• Beijing Government Scholarship: Covers full or partial tuition fees.

Assistantships

Tsinghua University offers graduate students the chance to gain hands-on experience through Teaching Assistantships, Research Assistantships, and Management Assistantships.
