The University of Milan offers Excellence Scholarships to top international students, providing financial support and tuition fee exemptions for Master’s degree programs. The University of Milan offers Excellence Scholarships for the academic year 2025/2026 to the best international students admitted to a Master’s degree program. These scholarships provide significant financial support, including 60 scholarships worth €8,000 each and an exemption from the all-inclusive tuition fee, as well as 100 total exemptions from the all-inclusive tuition fee. The grants are subject to Irpef taxation since they are considered employee income under Italian law.
