Fully Funded DAAD EPOS Scholarships for Professionals, Germany - 2026

The DAAD EPOS Scholarships offer foreign graduates from developing and newly industrialized countries from all disciplines and with at least two years’ professional experience the chance to take a postgraduate or Master’s degree at a state or state-recognized German university, and in exceptional cases to take a doctoral degree, and to obtain a university qualification (Master’s/PhD) in Germany.

Eligibility: 

• Graduates from eligible developing countries
• With at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• With a Bachelor’s (for Master’s) or Master’s (for PhD) degree
• Completed their last degree no more than 6 years ago
• Currently working in a development-related field

Benefits: 

• Monthly stipend (€934 for Master’s, €1,300 for PhD)
• Full tuition (where applicable)
• Travel allowance

• Rent subsidy & family support (if eligible)
• Compulsory 2-month German language course
