Fully Funded University of Oxford Global Rhodes Scholarship, UK - 2025

The University of Oxford Rhodes Scholarship 2025 is now accepting applications from qualified applicants who wish to attend Oxford University in the United Kingdom. The fully-funded Rhodes Trust Scholarship provides successful applicants with a living stipend of £19,800 annually throughout their time studying in the UK, in addition to a full tuition waiver.

Eligibility: 

• Applicants not eligible for existing Rhodes constituencies
• Aged 18–24 years as of 1 October 2025 (extended age limits for certain degrees)
• Hold a First Class Honours or equivalent undergraduate degree
• Demonstrated leadership, commitment to service, and academic excellence
• High level of English proficiency (to meet Oxford’s admission requirements)
• Must secure nomination from their university/institution via the application portal
• Must receive eligibility approval from the Rhodes House team.
