VISTEC Scholarships 2027 in Thailand | Fully Funded

The VISTEC International Scholarships 2027 offer international students fully funded opportunities to pursue Master’s and PhD programmes in science, technology and engineering at the Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC).The scholarship provides financial support for tuition,living expenses,research,travel and study materials. It is open to eligible applicants worldwide who demonstrate strong academic performance and research potential. 

Eligible Fields of Study

Applicants can apply through one of VISTEC’s four academic schools:

• School of Biomolecular Science and Engineering (BSE)
• School of Energy Science and Engineering (ESE)
• School of Information Science and Technology (IST)
• School of Molecular Science and Engineering (MSE

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

• Be international students from any country.
• Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, depending on the chosen programme.
• Meet VISTEC’s English-language proficiency requirements. Accepted test scores may be submitted by the interview date, according to the university’s rules.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance and research potential.

Scholarship Benefits

The scholarship package may include:

• Full tuition fees: Approximately 600,000–1,500,000 THB, depending on the programme.
• Monthly living stipend: Total support of approximately 444,000–1,350,000 THB over the study period.
• Research funding: Approximately 300,000–750,000 THB.
• Travel allowance: Approximately 50,000–150,000 THB.
• Study materials: A 30,000 THB allowance for a computer, books and stationery.
• Additional benefits: Medical insurance, access to sports facilities and organised study tours.

Selection Process

Applicants may be assessed based on their academic transcripts, CV, statement of purpose, recommendation letters, research potential and interview performance.
